RMA’s client approached RMA after purchasing this site with a DA in place. It would soon be transformed into a world-class design, elevating the architecture to a standard that reflects this iconic Sydney location.

Positioned directly opposite Manly Beach, the design features expansive glazing to afford maximum view lines for all nine residences and invite the landscape to a light-filled, coastal experience. With the local council and community firmly on its side, RMA has moved this project swiftly through documentation and into construction.
