One Adams Street is the third building in a collection designed by RMA in a prestigious suburb.
Each has a distinct character responding to the site's shape, the built context, and the surrounding views. In this instance, a long, rectangular site easing into a tapered corner was the driver for a strong sculptural building, home to seven luxury apartments, including a spectacular penthouse.
The building's scale and form respond to the adjacent Art Deco apartment blocks and a domed synagogue while, from within, views extend to the stately greens of Fawkner Park.
