A unique arrival experience sits at the heart of the design. A turning circle at the end of a discreet driveway reveals the breathtaking panoramic harbour views and creates a powerful sense of arrival and discovery, while also separating the residence into two distinct wings: one for the clients, and one for guests.
The design is characterised by the intuitive indoor-outdoor living. The interiors is crafted and tailored to the living experience and informed by the connection to the surrounding land.
Our experience in designing residences on coastal and harbourside land around the globe—has led to the creation of a home that is both character-filled and future-focused. The Sydney Harbour Residence adds to the RMA’s significant footprint across the city’s most coveted harbourside locations.
